With an upcoming shoot focusing on luxe minimalism, this week we highlight what inspires us at B R A W Creative and list some of our lust-worthy items for a stylish, but minimal tablescape.

When styling your tablescape, we find it is always best to start with a blank but stylish canvas choosing fresh, white linens to start the palette. From there, you can build your colours with cutlery, glassware, and ceramics.

We are currently loving the hand-dyed cotton napkins from Kate Cullen who is based in the UK.

Hand-made ceramics bring a timeless and personal touch to your settings with so many options our there with colours, tones, patterns and designs.

We are currently lusting after anything from Kana London and Namoki which are both based in London.

Maud and Mabel stock some stunning designs by Japanese ceramist Mizuyo Yamashita who is also London-based.

Cutlery doesn't have to be an after thought and can, in some cases, be a focus point for your tablescape. Set on simple, silk or chiffon napkins, or beside a beautiful cotton menu, vintage silverware can add it's own luxe feel to the minimal styling.

We are currently loving white calligraphy on natural elements like grey sea pebbles or oyster shells and this is a simple touch that will add another personal element to your setting.

We are loving the agate calligraphy by EG Lettering who runs an Etsy store with some beautiful designs, Caroline Taylor's capiz shell place cards from her Etsy store and Jo's slate calligraphy place cards from her Etsy store, Things Made By Jo.
